Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team. The primary responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound call systems.
- Providing assistance with customer inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate.
- Age: 18 – 35 years.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, ideally in a UK-based company.
- Salary: Rs45,00 with incentives of up to Rs15,00.
- Free medical insurance provided.
- Shift: Rotational for males; morning only for females. Work-from-home option available after probation.
