Job Description
The Vivo Mobile Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include:
- Handling mobile phone repairs from customers or distributors.
- Studying specialized materials on mobile phones.
- Meeting customer demands for products and services.
- Assisting management with performance enhancement tasks.
- Providing timely feedback on issues and tracking resolutions.
- Addressing inquiries from customers.
- Filling in for service consultants as needed.
- Completing tasks assigned by the Director.
We offer a competitive salary starting at Rs50,00.00 per month, plus benefits. A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
