Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to provide exceptional support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting feedback to improve our services.
Requirements include previous experience with Avatar (preferred), basic English proficiency, ability to manage 600-800 calls daily, and basic computer skills. A motivated and sales-driven attitude, alongside a willingness to work night shifts, is essential.
This is a full-time position with 8.5-hour shifts, offering the chance to thrive in a dynamic environment.
