Job Description
Technosys is seeking an ERP Software Support Executive with experience in the restaurant and bakery sectors. Your role will involve providing prompt and effective support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in the customization of the ERP system to meet industry-specific needs.
You will also oversee data integrity, participate in system upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with experience in ERP software support, is required.
