Job Description
As a Chat Support Representative, you will provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience. Key responsibilities include responding to queries and documenting customer feedback.
We seek candidates with strong written communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with customer service software is a plus. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Flexible shifts are available in our office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at Rs30,00.00 per month.
