Job Description
About the Role: DM Flows is seeking a dedicated and organized MTO in Business Development (Sales Support Specialist) to enhance our sales process. You will manage lead nurturing, prepare proposals, onboard clients, and provide post-sales support to boost our deal closure rate.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads, create customized proposals, assess lead quality, develop email campaigns, facilitate client transitions, and support our sales team with administrative tasks.
Required Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, CRM experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month. Commission-based incentives after the probation period.
