Job Description
Maximus Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female HR Intern to join our HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, event management, and social media management within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain employee records and databases.
- Assist in resume screening and scheduling interviews.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
- Manage social media pages, showcasing our workplace culture.
Qualifications: Fresh graduate in HR Management or related field. Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, creative and detail-oriented.
