Job Description
Position: Call Center Agent for FE Life Insurance, Medicare, and DME.
Location: Block 14, Red Apple Restaurant, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
Timing: 7 PM to 4 AM.
Salary: 20,00 PKR to 35,00 PKR per month.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for USA-based campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets.
- Communicate campaign details and address client inquiries.
- Accurately log call outcomes in the system.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in USA-based campaigns.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Male candidates aged 20-30 are encouraged to apply.
