We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent for E-Commerce Sales & Marketing for a full-day position. The successful candidate will communicate with customers via phone and all social media platforms. This is a basic salary plus commission on sales role.
Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Must Have Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, reading & writing)
- Attention to detail is essential
- Good understanding of e-commerce business and tools
- Proficient in typing quickly and accurately
