Job Description

Sequel Technologies, a software company in Rawalpindi, is seeking a Client Success professional. Responsibilities include reviewing customer journeys, facilitating team interactions, client training, and maintaining customer-success metrics.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of Client Success experience. Fluent in spoken English.
Shift Timings:
Night shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Summer) / 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Winter)
