Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar role.
Key qualifications include:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
