Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and gather customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Requirements: Good English speaking and listening skills, a laptop and high-quality headset, and a stable internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Proficient computer skills and goal-oriented attitude.
