Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming client queries on Fiverr with professionalism.
- Facilitate a smooth client onboarding process.
- Prepare and send precise project quotes.
- Document client requirements effectively.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Collaborate with project management and development teams.
Requirements: Client management experience (preferably in a digital agency), strong knowledge of Fiverr, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
