Job Description
OZ Developers is seeking a dedicated Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahria Town. The ideal candidate will manage recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.
Key responsibilities include designing compensation packages, implementing performance reviews, and developing fair HR policies. You will also assess training needs and oversee daily HR operations.
Requirements include proven experience in HR roles, familiarity with HRIS and ATS, strong knowledge of labor legislation, and effective communication skills. A BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
