Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Human Resources to join our team at Aga Khan University. As the Manager of Human Resources, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function within our organization.

You will be responsible for recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. In addition, you will play a strategic role in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR management with a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies. You should be knowledgeable about current employment laws and regulations, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with several years of progressive HR experience.
