Job Description
Thrive360 is seeking a skilled Closer to join our night shift team at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate should excel in communication and negotiation to close deals effectively and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads to close sales and meet targets.
- Address client concerns and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in BPO.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Must be able to work night shifts.
Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
