Job Description
Specific Requirements for the role:
- Collaboration with Suppliers and Distributors – Negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales with suppliers and distributors.
- Market Intelligence – Gather market intelligence both on and off the field to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Stock Keeping and Quality Controls – Monitor stock movements, manage inventory levels, and ensure product availability.
- Implement quality controls to maintain high standards for our non-grocery fashion products.
- Work closely with suppliers and partners for stock receiving and adjustments.
- Market Research – Conduct market research to identify the best merchandise availability, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Stock Audits – Regularly audit stock to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or merchandising, with a focus on fashion.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
