We are seeking motivated and skilled WFH Soundboard Agents to manage customer interactions and enhance engagement using our soundboard tools.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (speaking and listening)
- Laptop and a good quality headset
- Reliable internet (10-12 Mbps)
- Experience with Soundboard (Avatar) software
- Comfortable handling 600-800 calls daily
