Job Description
Qualification:
Preferably a Master’s degree or, at least, a Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and/or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign University.
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:
- Undertake full functional responsibility of the Strategic Human Resource Planning & Policies function.
- Design & develop organograms for all functional domains of the Bank, aligning with future business and functional needs.
- Develop the annual Manpower Plan (MPP), HR Policies, and Procedures.
- Design the HR annual budget.
- Design competitive strategies and propose onward development of the strategic plan.
- Reconcile annual headcount with each function as per approved organograms and staff rationalization.
- Organizational Development.
- Leadership, motivational, team-building, analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Strong reporting and forecasting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Location: Lahore
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
