Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Consultant. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for providing consultation to clients on immigration issues, assisting with visa applications, communicating with embassy officials, and offering immigration-related advice. Additionally, the Visa Consultant will create and maintain client profiles, monitor visa application procedures, and prepare and deliver reports.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Immigration and visa processing knowledge and experience
- Processing and submission of E-visas
- Form filling and submission of sticker visas
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
