Job Description
Qualification:
Preferably a Master’s degree or, at the least, a Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and/or an equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university/institute or a reputable foreign University.
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill Set:
- Employee Finance Management, including House Finance, Personal Loan, Car Lease & Motorbike Loan, etc.
- Portfolio Maintenance and Analysis on a Periodic basis
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking policies
- Evaluation of loan cases in liaison with other relevant departments such as legal & SAM department
- Leadership, motivational, team-building, risk assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Ability to structure complex transactions and a strong knowledge of legal documentation
- In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and financial modeling
Location: Lahore
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
