Job Description
Cloud Data Private Limited is seeking a reliable and qualified Debt Collection Team Lead to join our collections management team. This role involves identifying and tracking outstanding customer debt, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining organized records. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and investigate delinquent customer accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in collections.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month
