Job Description
Al-Wafiq Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with a clear accent and have experience in outbound calling, customer service, or appointment setting.
Key responsibilities include conducting calls to prospective clients in the UAE market, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records.
Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (PKT) at our Karachi office, with a salary of Rs40,00 to Rs45,00 per month.
