Job Description
Optimus Limited (Hertz) is seeking a dedicated Male Operations Officer for our Islamabad office. The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Operations.
Qualifications: Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Rent a Car Company, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create rental agreements and cash receipts.
- Resolve customer issues and act as a liaison between clients and chauffeurs.
- Confirm reservations through email, phone, or SMS.
- Coordinate client bookings with the Operations department in other cities.
