Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Providing responses to customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service; UK-based work experience preferred
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, including incentives up to 15k

Shifts: Rotational shifts with work-from-home options available after probation
Location: Lahore
