Job Description
Interactive Outsourcing Solutions is seeking both experienced and fresh Customer Service Representatives for a US-based campaign. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support by identifying needs and providing clear solutions via phone. Ideal candidates should be motivated communicators who thrive in a team environment as well as independently.
Minimum qualifications include an Intermediate degree or higher. Candidates currently in matriculation or those who have just passed are not eligible.
Job Details: Working Days: Monday to Friday; Shift Timing: 8pm – 5am (Night Shift); Location: North Nazimabad Block I, Karachi; Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 monthly, with potential incentives.
