Job Description
Siccotel Pakistan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Construction Manager and project team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project operations through effective document management, meeting scheduling, and communication coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project documents, including plans, revisions, and directives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and site visits.
- Maintain logs of project activities and updates for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience in international championship golf course construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
