Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals (Male & Female) to join our team at sastiflight.com as Call Center Representatives. Your role will be to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate product information.
Qualifications: Minimum Matriculation. Strong communication in Urdu and English.
