Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Karachi. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, providing customer service, and providing technical support.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer support and customer satisfaction skills
- Experience in providing online support and customer service
- Technical support experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and customer support software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
