Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, helping students with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining student records and handling complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a customer service role
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with ease
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
