Job Description
AZshopping.pk is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Duties: Respond to inquiries, assist with product information, process orders, maintain customer records, resolve complaints, and collaborate with the sales team.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills, fluent in Urdu, and ability to multitask.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00.
