Job Description
Graduate with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- To answer / route telephone calls and provide information/assistance to the caller
- To take phone or visitor messages and timely deliver to appropriate individual
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- To maintain schedule for meetings, internal/external appointments, and travel, and coordinate accordingly with relevant departments and individuals.
- Relay the directives of management, instructions, and assignments to executives
- To maintain confidential records efficiently.
