Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and managing complaints effectively.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
Communication Skills: Fluent in English
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based operations
Salary: Rs 45,00 with incentives up to Rs 15,00. Free medical insurance provided.
Shift: Rotational (morning, evening, and night). Work-from-home option available after probation period.
