Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience, preferably in the Healthcare Domain. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in testing technologies and be proficient in managing large, diverse teams in a technology enterprise.
Key requirements include:
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong skills in project planning and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: B.E/B Tech. Experience range: 8-12 years.
