Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Customer Service (Call Centre) Representative for one of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Follow communication scripts to handle various topics.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM PST
Salary: $50,00 to $60,00 per month
