Job Description

Qualification: Matriculation/Intermediate
Experience: At least 6 months
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via phone, email, or direct interaction.
- Accurately input orders into the system and confirm details with customers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Provide updates and resolve issues related to orders.
- Generate invoices and assist the sales team.
- Maintain accurate order records and generate reports.

Pay: Rs32,00.00 per month
