Job Description
We are seeking an IT System and Network Support Officer to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure at HR Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Install and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Provide user support and technical assistance.
- Manage user access and respond to security incidents.
- Oversee hardware management and assist with IT projects.
- Maintain system documentation and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
