Job Description:
- Resolve assigned complaints on CSMs & ATMs within defined TAT.
- Install ATMs & CSMs.
- Execute precise troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Prepare Analytical Reports & Documentation for Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% PM for UPS & ATM and G&D.
