Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, your role will be to perform various accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial records and reports. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct monthly and annual reconciliations of financial accounts
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist with tax preparation and audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
