Job Description
IAServices, a USA-based Call Center company, is seeking an experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading outbound call center teams, particularly in the USA and UK markets.
Key responsibilities include guiding the team, hiring, training, meeting performance targets, and mentoring. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with CRM experience, are required. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
