Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Jr Recruitment Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Posting job advertisements on professional sites, job boards, and social media.
- Participating in candidate sourcing efforts and screening resumes.
- Conducting initial phone screens and scheduling calls and interviews.
- Managing calendars for hiring teams and candidates.
- Facilitating communication with candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Using recruiting software to track open roles and handling necessary paperwork.
Requirements: 1+ years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
