Job Description
Job Purpose:
As an Insolvency Administrator at Eqvnox Communications (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd, you will provide exceptional support to clients, guiding them through the insolvency process, and ensure the efficient administration of financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating effectively with clients to advise and resolve their queries.
- Monitoring deadlines for timely completion of tasks.
- Handling customer complaints while ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Client-facing role experience; freshers welcome.
