Job Description
Ropstam Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in DHA 2, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will assist in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growth in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using various platforms.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Post job ads and manage the ATS.
- Coordinate interviews and conduct screenings.
- Maintain accurate candidate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
