Job Description
We at Fusion Ave, a leading company in customer solutions, are searching for an energetic and passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to our clients in the U.S. The ideal candidate will:
- Respond to customer queries over the phone.
- Maintain detailed records in Excel.
- Coordinate effectively with customers.
- Manage and monitor CCTV streaming.
- Handle all calls (inbound and outbound) in the absence of agents.
Requirements include proficiency in U.S. and British English, active listening skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Salary Package: $40,00 – $60,00 per year
Job Type: Full-time (On-site, Night Shift)
