Job Description
RepHero Global is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant for our on-site night shift operations. Our ideal candidate will support the team with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and correspondence.
- Organize databases and files.
- Respond to inquiries professionally.
- Conduct online research.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Assist in managing workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Available for night shifts, 10 PM to 3 AM PST.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month for 25 hours/week.
