Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support our HR initiatives and systems. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, create effective onboarding plans, develop training programs, and manage performance processes.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, ensuring legal compliance, and addressing disciplinary issues.
Requirements include proven HR experience, knowledge of HR functions and labor laws, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary of Rs 40,00.00 per month, located in-person at our office.
