Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated female to join our team as an Alumni Coordinator. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to engage alumni in the life of the institution or organization. Undergraduate & Graduate females are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organize and promote alumni events, reunions, and activities to maintain and strengthen connections.
- Maintain regular communication with alumni through calls, newsletters, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Share updates, news, and success stories related to the institution and its alumni.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date alumni database, including contact information, employment details, and personal preferences.
- Use data analytics to understand alumni trends and preferences.
- Provide career support and resources to alumni seeking professional development.
- Plan and execute alumni-related events.
- Provide regular reports and assessment on alumni engagement metrics and outcomes.
- Use feedback to refine strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- University females preferences are highly preferable.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
- Effective time management skills.
Salary Range: Rs. 40,00 to 45,00
Working Hours: 9:30am till 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
