Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. The day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving their complaints, and providing guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide guidance
  • Experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
