Job Description
CALL BOX BPO is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Level 1 professional to join our team. This full-time position requires working hours from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am Pakistan time (Night Shift). The ideal candidate will provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues with our SaaS platform and assisting customers with onboarding.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of customer service experience, and fluency in English. Monthly salary: Rs90,00.00 to Rs120,00.00. Candidates must reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad.
