Job Description
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working in collaboration with the sales and development teams to build and develop proposal evaluations for clients, structuring their idea and shaping the development cycle. Specific responsibilities include assessment of development capabilities and consulting on the development of upcoming projects, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operational improvements.

Qualifications:
